Teresa Bryant R.P., M.A., C.C.C.

Aging, illness and loss are natural life transitions, often evoking

painful feelings and thoughts which can be quite challenging.

In the wake of these challenges, it is common to feel insecure

and overwhelmed. At such times it is important to tenderly care

for your inner process.

Having experienced significant loss, I understand the heartache

and the opportunity that grief holds. Whether grieving  the loss of a

loved one, the passing of time, or a once healthy body, this may be

the right time for you to heal, grow and re-discover the promise of

life's sweetness.

I am honoured to have worked in the areas of grief and bereavement

for over 30 years. I have accompanied those experiencing the death

of a loved one, those facing their own illness or death, and those in the midst of change related to work, relationships or the aging process.

The relationship that you and I form is intended to be a support, inspiring you to investigate, soothe, transform and flourish in your life circumstance.

My practice approach is person-centered, narrative and existential, integrating mindfulness and compassion-based therapies. I have extensive training and experience in the application of buddhist psychology.
