Individual Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is helpful in addressing a number of emotional, physical, mental, interpersonal and spiritual imbalances and concerns. In particular, psychotherapy is useful in negotiating life transitons and all the emotions that may be present such as: anxiety, depression, uncertainty, sadness, fear, upheavel, and angst. 

I offer counselling in-person, on-line and by telephone. You may wish to alternate the ways we meet, for example, some clients like to meet in person during warm weather months and pivot to on-line during the winter.
