TERESA BRYANT, Psychotherapist
Teresa Bryant R.P., M.A., C.C.C.
Aging, illness and loss are natural life transitions, often evoking painful feelings and thoughts which can be quite challenging.
In the wake of these challenges, it is common to feel insecure
and overwhelmed. At such times it is important to tenderly care for your inner process.
Having experienced loss, I understand the heartache
and the opportunity grief holds. Whether grieving the loss of a loved one, the passage of time, or a once healthy body, this may be the right time for you to heal, grow and re-discover the promise of life's sweetness.
I am honoured to have focused my work in the areas of grief and bereavement, life-limiting and chronic illness, caregiving, health and death anxiety, and the transformational aspects of aging.

My practice approach is person-centered, insight-oriented, narrative, and existential, integrating mindfulness
and compassion-based therapies. I have extensive training and experience in the application of
Buddhist psychology, Morita therapy, and Spiritual Care, and over 30 years experience in
university, hospital, hospice, and private practice settings.
